Who we are

Ormate Systems is a business systems and digital services provider located in Sialkot, Pakistan. Ormate is the company and Ordex is an application and dashboard product built by Ormate.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support contracted services, operate Ordex demonstrations, understand website performance, improve usability, prevent abuse, protect our systems, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, our basis for processing may be your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in operating and improving Ormate Systems without overriding your rights.

We may use limited analytics, hosting telemetry and interaction information to understand what is working, identify problems and help visitors use the website. Essential technologies may be used for security, routing and saved preferences.

Where local law requires consent for non-essential analytics or similar technologies, they will be used only after the required choice is provided. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated cross-context behavioural advertising.

Sharing and international processing

Children and third-party services

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

The website may link to services such as Instagram, Gmail or WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not this policy.

Connected business accounts

When an authorised organisation connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to Ordex, we process the identifiers, profile information, conversations, messages, message-status events and attachment metadata that Meta makes available for that organisation. Connection credentials are encrypted on the Ordex server and are not stored in ordinary browser storage.

This information is used only to operate the organisation’s communications inbox, route authorised work, preserve business records and provide requested features. It is separated by Ordex workspace, is not sold, and is not used by Ormate Systems for advertising. Disconnecting an account stops future collection; an authorised owner can request deletion using our data-deletion instructions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
