Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Ormate Systems website. A signed proposal, statement of work or service contract governs paid client work.
Last updated: 10 August 2026About these terms
Ormate Systems provides connected business systems, custom dashboards, websites, automations, operations support and analytics services. Ordex is an application and dashboard product built by Ormate.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Services and client contracts
Website information and demonstrations are general and are not a binding offer. The scope, deliverables, timetable, payment milestones, support and acceptance process for client work will be set out in a signed proposal, statement of work or other contract.
If a signed contract conflicts with these website terms concerning paid services, the signed contract controls.
Payments and refunds
Fees, deposits, invoices, taxes and payment deadlines are governed by the applicable client contract. Unless that contract or mandatory law expressly says otherwise, all amounts paid to Ormate Systems are non-refundable.
We may pause work or access when an amount is overdue, subject to the applicable contract. Changes beyond the agreed scope may require a revised price and timeline.
Ownership
Clients retain ownership of the content, data, trademarks and other materials they provide. After full payment, clients own the approved final deliverables or receive the rights stated in their contract.
Ormate Systems retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, reusable components, frameworks, tools, processes, methods, know-how and general improvements. Where those elements are included in a deliverable, the client receives the licence needed to use the completed deliverable as agreed in the contract.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access, lawful materials, approvals and decisions reasonably needed to perform the work. Clients are responsible for having rights to the content, data and accounts they provide and for reviewing deliverables before approval or publication.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or Ordex demo; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy protected material at scale; impersonate another person; or use the services for unlawful, harmful or infringing activity.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, domains, email, social networks, payment services, integrations or software providers. Their availability, pricing, terms and security are controlled by them. Unless a client contract says otherwise, Ormate Systems is not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
The website and interactive demonstrations are provided for general information and may change. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular commercial results or fitness for a specific purpose.
Specific warranties or service levels apply only when included in a signed client contract. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ormate Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or opportunity arising from website use.
For paid services, Ormate Systems’ total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless the applicable contract or mandatory law requires otherwise.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict website or demo access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or protection of Ormate Systems and others. Termination, handover, outstanding fees and continuing obligations for paid services are governed by the applicable client contract.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Unless an applicable client contract provides another agreed process, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected where they legally apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.
